WHAT A WONDERFUL WEEKEND PAST OF VISITORS PICKING SASKATOONS AND ENJOYING THE OTHER DELIGHTS OF OUR FARM!
I wouldn’t say that it was easy picking, but guests were able to fill their buckets and have a good time. We were thrilled with the record number of visitors, and we’re thankful for each one of you. The only downside is that we’ve gone through a lot of the early-ripened saskatoons, and now we are waiting for the rest of the saskatoons to catch up. We are still planning to be open every day, and I know you will find saskatoons, but it still won’t be easy picking. Soon…I promise to let you know when they are in easy clusters to grab! We also went through a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers, so you might have to wait a bit for the next batch to ripen. In any case, we’d love for you to visit and please feel free to bring your picnic lunch and enjoy a country outing.
